We really need your help- these days it’s imperative that we hit ground running day of single release, and it will help set the tone for playlist opportunities. The Cold Stares back at it live!

Stoked to be in the beautiful town of WarTrace, TN tonight. Wonderful folks and great vibes. Ready to rock!

Happening now! Brian Mullins premiering “The Rotten Appel” snare commemorating one of his biggest fans who is sadly no longer with us. I am sure she will love hearing that thing CRACK through the Ether!

Great announcement to make!

We are working with our friends at Tres Hombres Touring for European dates in 2021. As of now it looks like there will be a run in March and August for sure. I know it’s been awhile coming for our fans overseas, but we had to be in the right position and with the right team. Stoked to finally make this work for 2021, and can’t wait to see you guys then. (If the world exists then). We are also working out distribution for vinyl and merch as well. Good things going on.

The Cold Stares on Stream-A-Thon hosted by Joe Bonamassa

Very proud to be a part of this and hope each one of you will tune in. This Sunday May 31st at 3pm Eastern @joebonamassa and @keepingthebluesalive are doing a telethon for the “Fueling Musicians” charity. Amazing lineup of talent on deck, and a really great cause. If you are a guitar or blues fan this is going to be epic. You can stream it live from Joe’s YouTube channel, Facebook, website etc. Set your alarms and we’ll see you there. https://youtu.be/kJcalkgy_Ec

New music news for 2020 and beyond!

Starting June 5th 2020 The Cold Stares will release a new song every two weeks for 12 months.
Initially our plan was to release three albums this year. After thought and discussion and putting ourselves in our fans shoes we thought this might be a better and creative way to proceed. As the songs release they will populate the albums and ep’s they belong to as well as become available for physical purchase if that’s your thing too. With the current environment smashing a lot of touring a festival plans we had, we were looking for a way to continue building the relationship we have with our fans and felt like this would be the route. In addition to the two week releases, on off weeks we will be having livestream performances that will include interactive set lists with our fans, video performances of the new songs for YouTube and special fan only merch deals.
We’ve always been about going about things on our own path in new ways and hope you will join us

Join us live on Facebook!

Working through live stuff for our streaming concert this Saturday night May 16th 9pm central on our Facebook page. Dialed in and ready to rock. Big week for us with some cool announcements, mark your calendar and join us!

Fan just made my week

Ok, week made. Fan sent me this yesterday. One of my absolute heroes Mr. Gordie Johnson rocking our T-Shirt in the studio. If you don’t know Big Sugar and you are a guitar and blues rock fan, stop now and immerse yourself. The man had a Gibson Guitar signature guitar AND a Boss Suit endorsement. Legend. Gordie wearing our shirt, Joe B shoutout in his live this week, all the critic justification I’ll ever need. ROCK AND ROLL.
